Number 1 Mortimer Court - Tariff 2007/2008

No 1 Mortimer Court is available to rent for weeks, short-breaks and weekends. The accommodation is for a maximum of two guests unless prior arrangement for extra guests has been made at the time of booking.

Seven nights from Friday 2 November 2007 - Thursday 20 March inclusive - £350.00

Seven nights from Friday 21 March 2008 - Thursday 25 October 2008 - £450.00

(arrival/departure day is normally Friday but often can be flexible)

Last minute short breaks and weekends are sometimes available - please enquire.

50% of the total charge is payable as a non-returnable deposit on booking and the balance is due two months prior to the date of arrival. Bookings made within two months of the arrival date are payable in full by which you are deemed to have made a contract with us.

You are advised to arrange your own holiday cancellation insurance.
